Last updated: September 18, 2026

1. Seller and scope

These Terms and Conditions govern purchases of courses, digital content, subscriptions, coaching and services offered under the Draw Campus brand by:

Draw Company LLC
30 N Gould St, Ste R
Sheridan, WY 82801-6317
United States
Wyoming registration number: 2025-001696686

Email: contact@draw-company.com

They apply together with the specific terms presented before purchase. Specific terms prevail for offer-specific features, pricing, duration and access.

2. Offer information

Essential information is presented before purchase, including content, language, level, learning format, access arrangements, included services, price, billing frequency and technical requirements.

Only items expressly included at checkout form part of the purchased offer.

3. Order and contract formation

Customers select an offer, provide the requested information, review the summary and correct errors before confirming payment.

The contract is formed after payment approval and electronic confirmation.

Draw Company LLC may refuse or cancel an order in cases of suspected fraud, payment failure or clearly inaccurate information, subject to mandatory law.

4. Prices and payment

The applicable price, currency and billing method are those displayed at checkout.

Payments are handled by the provider shown at checkout, including Stripe for the methods currently offered.

Access may be suspended following a failed or overdue payment. Amounts already due remain payable, subject to mandatory customer rights.

5. Subscriptions

For subscription offers, the price and billing interval are displayed before purchase.

Payments recur until cancellation or until an expressly stated end date.

Cancellation stops future renewals. It does not refund a billing period already started unless mandatory law or an applicable commercial guarantee provides otherwise.

6. Digital access

Access may be immediate, progressive, subscription-based or provided without a predetermined individual end date under a lifetime-access offer.

Customers require compatible equipment and sufficient Internet access.

Login credentials and access rights are personal and may not be shared, transferred or resold.

7. Bookings and coaching

Where an offer includes coaching or a session, booking, rescheduling and cancellation rules are stated in the specific terms or provided before booking.

Draw Booking may be used to administer bookings.

8. Withdrawal and immediate performance

Where applicable law provides a withdrawal period, the customer benefits from that right under the applicable conditions.

When digital content begins before the end of that period, the customer may be asked to expressly request immediate performance and acknowledge the resulting loss of the withdrawal right once supply begins.

9. Commercial guarantees

A money-back or other commercial guarantee applies only when expressly stated in the specific terms.

The commercial guarantee does not replace mandatory statutory rights.

10. Customer obligations

Customers must provide accurate information, protect their credentials and use the service lawfully.

Account sharing, unauthorised copying, recording, distribution, data extraction or resale is prohibited.

11. Intellectual property

Purchase grants a personal, limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the content for the stated access period.

All courses, videos, texts, methods, exercises, graphics and trademarks remain the property of Draw Company LLC or their respective owners.

12. Partner instructors

Partner instructors provide educational input. Unless expressly stated otherwise, they are not the seller and may not change commercial terms, issue refunds or bind Draw Company LLC.

13. Availability and updates

Draw Company LLC uses reasonable efforts to maintain access.

Temporary interruptions may occur for maintenance, updates, security, technical changes or events outside its reasonable control.

Content may be corrected, updated or reorganised without removing the essential characteristics of the purchased offer.

14. No guaranteed outcome

The services are educational.

Results depend on the customer’s work, practice, experience and circumstances. No professional, financial, commercial, administrative or regulatory outcome is guaranteed.

Customers remain responsible for their professional practice, insurance, authorisations and compliance requirements.

15. Liability and force majeure

To the extent permitted by law, Draw Company LLC is responsible only for direct and foreseeable loss caused by a proven breach.

Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Neither Party is responsible for delay or failure caused by an event outside its reasonable control.

16. Privacy

Processing connected with accounts, payments, bookings and services is described in the Draw Campus Privacy and Cookie Policy.

17. Complaints and mediation

Complaints should be sent to contact@draw-company.com with sufficient order information.

The Parties will first seek an amicable solution.

18. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections available in their country of residence.

If any provision is invalid, the remaining provisions continue to apply.
