Specific Terms of Sale — Tattoo Fundamentals

Last updated: September 18, 2026

Effective as of September 10, 2026

1. Purpose

These Specific Terms of Sale define the terms applicable to the Tattoo Fundamentals online course, offered by Draw Campus and sold by:

Draw Company LLC

30 N Gould St
Sheridan, WY 82801
United States
Registration number: 2025-001696686
Email:
contact@draw-company.com

They supplement the Terms and Conditions of Sale — Draw Campus and must be read together with them.

In the event of any conflict, these Specific Terms shall prevail solely with respect to the provisions specific to Tattoo Fundamentals.

2. Course presentation

Tattoo Fundamentals is a digital course dedicated to the progressive learning of tattooing fundamentals.

The course includes:

  • 7 modules;

  • more than 75 lessons;

  • approximately 10 hours of educational content;

  • videos and digital learning materials;

  • a course completion certificate issued automatically when the completion requirements are met;

  • one hour of individual coaching included with the lifetime access plan.

The course covers tattooing fundamentals, equipment and the working environment, preparation, linework, filling, shading, technique, practice, early professional realities and the progressive development of a tattooing activity.

The essential characteristics of the offer are summarised on the presentation page and before the order is confirmed.

3. Intended audience

The course may only be purchased by individuals aged 18 or over.

The course may be suitable for beginners, individuals exploring tattooing as a potential career and professionals wishing to strengthen certain fundamental skills.

It does not replace any training, authorisation, registration, declaration or certification that may be legally required to practise tattooing in the customer’s country or jurisdiction.

4. Available plans

Tattoo Fundamentals may be purchased under two plans.

4.1. Monthly plan

The monthly plan is a subscription that renews automatically each month.

The applicable price is the price displayed on the checkout page at the time of purchase. The first payment is charged when the order is placed, followed by recurring payments on each monthly anniversary date.

The subscription has no minimum commitment period.

The customer retains access to the course throughout each validly paid subscription period.

Cancellation prevents any further payment and takes effect at the end of the period already billed.

It does not entitle the customer to a prorated refund for the current period, subject to the statutory right of withdrawal, the commercial guarantee provided for in Article 10 and any other mandatory rights available to the customer.

4.2. Lifetime access plan

The lifetime access plan is subject to a one-time payment unless a separate instalment payment option is expressly offered at checkout.

The term “lifetime access” means access without a predetermined contractual expiry date and without any further subscription payment, for as long as Tattoo Fundamentals remains available through Draw Company LLC.

It does not necessarily refer to the customer’s lifetime or constitute an obligation to maintain the service indefinitely regardless of the continued existence of Draw Company LLC, Draw Campus, the course or its technical infrastructure.

If the course is permanently discontinued, Draw Company LLC will endeavour to inform the customers concerned within a reasonable period and, where technically and legally possible, offer a solution allowing them to retain access to the main educational resources.

4.3. Instalment payments

Where payment in several instalments is offered for the lifetime access plan, this constitutes a payment facility for the total purchase price and not a cancellable monthly subscription.

The customer remains liable for all agreed instalments even if they decide to stop using the course, subject to the exercise of their statutory rights or the commercial guarantee provided for in Article 10.

5. Prices and payment

The applicable prices, currencies, taxes and payment terms are displayed before the order is confirmed.

Before confirming the purchase, the customer is informed of the total amount payable and, in the case of a subscription, the frequency of the recurring payments.

Payments are processed by the providers identified on the checkout page, including Stripe or PayPal, depending on the payment methods available.

Any discounts, temporary offers or promotional codes apply only during their stated validity period and in accordance with the announced conditions.

6. Course delivery and access

Access is normally provided following payment confirmation and the creation or identification of the customer’s account.

With the monthly plan, the first module is available upon enrolment, followed by one new module each week. With the lifetime access plan, the entire course is available as soon as payment is confirmed.

Access is strictly personal. The customer is responsible for keeping their login credentials confidential and may not share their account with any third party.

The customer must have an internet connection and a device compatible with the platform.

If the customer experiences any difficulty accessing the course, they must contact Draw Campus at contact@draw-company.com so that the issue can be investigated and, where necessary, remedied.

7. Individual coaching

The lifetime access plan includes one hour of individual coaching. This hour is not included in the monthly plan.

Booking instructions are provided to the customer after enrolment. Coaching must be booked according to the available appointment times.

The coaching is personal and may not be transferred to another person without the prior consent of Draw Company LLC.

The coaching service is considered to have commenced upon the first occurrence of any of the following:

  • receipt and review of a questionnaire or information submitted by the customer for the purposes of the coaching;

  • booking or scheduling of a session;

  • completion, even in part, of a session;

  • preparation of an individual analysis, document or recommendation;

  • commencement of any other personalised service.

The applicable rescheduling and cancellation conditions are communicated to the customer when the session is booked.

8. Cancellation of the monthly plan

The customer may cancel the monthly subscription at any time:

  • through their personal account, where this functionality is available;

  • or by sending a request to contact@draw-company.com.

The request must be submitted before the next payment date to prevent the following renewal.

Cancellation does not reverse payments already charged and does not affect amounts payable for the current subscription period, except where required by mandatory law or where the commercial guarantee provided for in Article 10 applies.

Access to the course is disabled at the end of the paid period.

9. Failed or outstanding payments

If a payment fails, Draw Company LLC or its payment provider may make further attempts to collect the payment and invite the customer to update their payment method.

Access to all or part of the course, coaching and associated benefits may be suspended until payment has been successfully completed.

Where the lifetime access plan is paid in instalments, suspension of access does not release the customer from the remaining agreed payments, subject to their statutory rights.

10. 30-day commercial refund guarantee

Independently of the statutory right of withdrawal and the legal guarantee of conformity, Draw Company LLC provides a 30-day commercial refund guarantee for the initial purchase of Tattoo Fundamentals.

This guarantee is provided free of charge.

10.1. Eligibility conditions

A refund may be requested when all the following conditions are met:

  • the request is submitted within 30 calendar days of the initial order;

  • the progress recorded by the platform is strictly below 20% of the course’s total content;

  • no coaching or personalised support has commenced within the meaning of Article 7;

  • the customer has not previously used this guarantee for Tattoo Fundamentals;

  • the request is not fraudulent or manifestly abusive.

The progress taken into account is the progress recorded by the platform at the time the request is received. In the event of a dispute, the available technical data will be reviewed with the customer.

10.2. Application to the available plans

For the monthly plan, the request must be submitted before the first renewal and no later than 30 days after the initial order. The guarantee applies exclusively to the first payment.

For the lifetime access plan, the guarantee applies to the amount actually paid for the initial order.

Where the customer selected an instalment payment plan, approval of the refund request terminates any future instalments associated with the relevant order.

10.3. How to submit a request

The request must be sent to contact@draw-company.com and include:

  • the customer’s full name;

  • the email address used for the order;

  • the order date or reference number;

  • an unambiguous request to exercise the commercial guarantee.

When the eligibility conditions are met, the refund will be issued through the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed, within a maximum of 14 days following approval of the request.

The refund results in the termination of access to the course, bonuses, unused coaching and associated services.

This commercial guarantee does not limit or replace any statutory rights available to the customer.

11. Statutory right of withdrawal

11.1. General principle

When acting as a consumer and where no statutory exception applies, the customer has 14 days from the date on which the contract is concluded to exercise their right of withdrawal without having to provide a reason.

11.2. Immediate access to digital content

Where the customer requests immediate access to the course before the statutory withdrawal period has expired, Draw Company LLC will first obtain:

  • the customer’s express consent for the immediate supply of the digital content to begin;

  • the customer’s express acknowledgement that they will lose their right of withdrawal in respect of that content once performance begins;

  • confirmation of that agreement on a durable medium.

These agreements must be obtained through a positive and separate action during checkout. General acceptance of these Terms does not replace them.

Once these requirements have been met and access to the digital content has begun, the customer may no longer exercise the statutory right of withdrawal in relation to that digital content.

The 30-day commercial guarantee provided for in Article 10 may nevertheless remain applicable.

11.3. Coaching services

Where the customer expressly requests that coaching or another service begin before the end of the withdrawal period, the customer retains the right to withdraw until the service has been fully performed.

In this situation, the customer may be required to pay an amount proportionate to the services already provided before notice of the withdrawal decision is received.

The right of withdrawal in relation to a service fully performed before the end of the 14-day period is lost where the customer expressly requested full performance in advance and acknowledged this consequence.

11.4. Exercising the right of withdrawal

Where the right of withdrawal remains applicable, the customer may exercise it by sending a clear and unambiguous statement to:

Draw Company LLC
30 N Gould St
Sheridan, WY 82801
United States
Email:
contact@draw-company.com

The customer may use the form provided in the Appendix, although use of this form is not mandatory.

To facilitate the processing of the request, the customer is invited to provide their name, the email address used for the order, the order date and, where available, the order reference number.

12. Legal guarantee of conformity

The consumer benefits from the legal guarantee of conformity applicable to digital content and digital services.

In the event of a lack of conformity, the consumer may request that the digital content or service be brought into conformity, free of charge, without unjustified delay and without significant inconvenience.

Where bringing the content or service into conformity is impossible, refused, excessively delayed or unsuccessful, the consumer may, under the conditions provided by applicable law, obtain a price reduction or terminate the contract.

This guarantee applies independently of:

  • the customer’s progress through the course;

  • the 30-day commercial guarantee;

  • any loss of the statutory right of withdrawal;

  • any absence of educational or professional results.

Any request relating to the legal guarantee of conformity may be sent to contact@draw-company.com.

The full terms governing the implementation of this guarantee are set out in the Terms and Conditions of Sale — Draw Campus.

13. Certificate and results

The certificate issued upon completion of Tattoo Fundamentals confirms completion of the course in accordance with the criteria established by Draw Campus.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, it does not constitute a state-recognised diploma, a recognised professional qualification or an authorisation to practise as a tattoo artist.

Draw Company LLC undertakes to provide the content and services described in the offer but does not guarantee any particular artistic, professional, financial or commercial result.

Results depend in particular on the customer’s consistency, involvement, practice and personal circumstances.

14. Bonuses and additional content

Any bonuses expressly presented as included at the time of purchase form part of the offer in accordance with the conditions and duration announced.

The subsequent addition of new bonuses, resources or events does not automatically entitle the customer to receive them unless they are expressly included in the customer’s plan.

The educational content may be corrected, updated or reorganised to improve its quality, provided that the essential characteristics of the purchased course are not substantially reduced.

15. Intellectual property

All content included in Tattoo Fundamentals, including videos, texts, photographs, illustrations, methods, documents and downloadable materials, is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

The purchase grants the customer only a personal, limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the content for their own learning purposes.

The following activities are prohibited without prior written authorisation:

  • copying or reproducing the content;

  • distributing or making the content available to third parties;

  • sharing login credentials;

  • reselling the content;

  • publishing the content on another platform;

  • using the content to create or support a competing course;

  • extracting or commercially exploiting the content.

Any unauthorised use may result in the suspension or termination of access, without prejudice to any other remedies available to Draw Company LLC.

16. Suspension or termination of access

Draw Company LLC may suspend or terminate the customer’s access in the event of:

  • account sharing;

  • unauthorised reproduction or distribution of the content;

  • fraud;

  • interference with the security of the platform;

  • conduct that is seriously harmful to other users, instructors or Draw Campus;

  • an outstanding payment that has not been resolved.

Except in cases of urgency, fraud or serious misconduct, the customer will be informed of the reason for the suspension and given a reasonable opportunity to remedy the situation.

Any wrongful suspension or termination does not deprive the customer of their statutory rights.

17. Personal data

The data required to process the order, provide the course, monitor progress, deliver support and manage billing is processed in accordance with the Privacy and Cookie Policy — Draw Campus.

Progress data may be used in particular to provide the course, issue the certificate, deliver support and verify whether the conditions of the commercial guarantee have been met.

Any request relating to personal data may be sent to contact@draw-company.com.

18. Acceptance and evidence

Before confirming the order, the customer acknowledges that they have been given the opportunity to review:

  • these Specific Terms of Sale;

  • the Terms and Conditions of Sale — Draw Campus;

  • the Privacy and Cookie Policy — Draw Campus;

  • the essential characteristics of the selected plan;

  • the total price and, where applicable, the frequency of recurring payments.

Confirmation of the order constitutes acceptance of these documents.

Information relating to the order, payment, account connections and progress recorded by the systems used by Draw Company LLC may be retained as evidence, subject to the customer’s right to challenge its accuracy.
