This policy applies to visitors, prospects, students, customers, instructor applicants and users of Draw Campus or Draw Booking.
It covers information processed through the website, forms, checkout pages, learning areas, bookings and related communications.

Depending on your interaction, we may process:

subscription choices;
learning progress;
booking requests;
support communications;
form responses;
documents and content you submit.

Required fields are identified. Failure to provide required information may prevent us from processing a request, order, booking or application.

Information may be accessed by authorised Draw Company LLC personnel and providers needed to operate the services.
The website and certain services use systeme.io, provided by ITACWT Limited, 2 Cruise Park Rise, Tyrrelstown, Dublin 15, D15 H271, Ireland.
We do not sell or rent personal information.
7. International transfers
Because Draw Company LLC is established in the United States and providers may operate internationally, information may be transferred between countries.

An application does not create any right to selection, work or a contract.
Unsuccessful applications may be retained for up to twenty-four months after the last contact, unless the applicant objects or requests deletion where applicable.

Analytics, personalisation or marketing cookies requiring consent are used only after the relevant choice has been made.
